I give you credit for Pearl Jam. They are a damn good rock band.

Excluding metal, and off the top of my head:
RHCP Camel King Crimson Led Zeppelin Alice in Chains Faith No More Rage Against the Machine Porcupine Tree Queen Rush Honourable mentions to Joe Satriani, CCR, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix Experience, Primus, Smashing Pumpkins, Sublime and the Eagles. As I'm getting even more into bands like Jane's Addiction, the Amboy Dukes, Dredg, Allman Brothers, Can, White Stripes and Mahavishnu Orchestra - the list will probably soon change. I might create a metal list later on.
