I was thinking about this more and more and have come up with a new list. It's probably not the top 10 rock bands ever even for me but it's what I thought of.

Talking Heads
King Crimson
The Velvet Underground
Slint
The Sonics
DNA
The Rolling Stones

Aside from Muse and Radiohead, all those bands are prog metal groups, thus proving my point about your lack of interest in other music genres.

Also, the only groups out of these that i actualy give a crap about are Radiohead, Muse and Symphony X....Though i do like some LTE, whom i really only listen to because of Tony Levin.
