Sticky: VS Threads

I don't. Sticky takes up space and is only good for important threads that really matter. It was a tough choice for me though.

regarding vs threads, i don't get why they keep getting closed. that is not the meaning of what is contained in the thread on them at the top. it merely says they will be heavily moderated and closed if they descend into mindless arguments.

barring that, the ban on vs polls seems silly. there are tons of threads that are a lot more stupid than that types.

I won't have a problem with a Vs thread if its over something interesting, not just the same old bands that always get compared to each other.

If someone actually bothers to put some thought into one , say why they're comparing them and give proper reasoning it'll stay open.

just naming 2 artists at random and then saying 'Discuss....' isn't going to work.

Good VS threads are great, but they're also quite rare. If anyone has a plausible band comparison and wants to make a VS thread, feel free to do so.
