What do you mean by "modern" metal? do you mean newer metal bands because Metallica and Megadeth are from the 80's.

I thought this was MODERN METAL, most of the bands mentioned are older than 7 years. I think modern concerns bands that have shown up in the past 2-4 years, such as Linkin Park, & Black Dahlia Murder.
