That stuff is good too...and it is considered the "real" Ween because it's their dirty humor, but when they did the Mollusk (and to a lesser extent White Pepper) they really matured their sound. Buckingham Green, Ocean Man, The Mollusk, Mutilated Lips, She Wanted To Leave, and Blarney Stone are all great. The others are good too, there isn't a forgettable song on that album.
GWS is definitly one of the most crazy and funny albums I have ever heard. I admit though - to not listening to the Pod. I've been intending to buy it (5th Ween Album it would be) but I plan on getting Quebec first. Last edited by Double X; 07-10-2008 at 11:05 PM. Reason: changed humour to humor...what am i british? |

I haven't looked at all 13 pages of posts but I haven't seen anyone else list Jane's Addiction or Beastie Boys. Both Ritual de la Habitual and Check your Head were revolutionary and mind blowing when they came out!
Most under rated 90's band, They Might Be Giants- specifically the album Flood. Quote:
Quebec is great, I hear a bit of Pink Floyd influence, circa the The Wall. |
