Default Killing Joke

Still going after nearly 30 years, releasing good albums (2006's Hosannas From the Basements of Hell was excellent) and are now reunited with the original line up resulting from long time member Paul Raven's Death. Their post punk sound has diverged over the years taking in commercial keyboard led sounds (Love Like Blood) to chugging metal (Pandemonium) yet their jagged tribal rhythmns and Geordies unique and solo free guitar riffs have kept the legions of fans happy. They have influenced so many artists and bands ranging from Ministry to Big Black. If you have never heard of them before or have limited knowledge then feast on these vid's representing their different phases.

Essential albums:

Killing Joke (1980)
Night time (1985)
Pandemonium (1994)

The Wait (1980):

Love Like Blood (1985):

Hossanas From The Basement Of Hell (2006)
