Onto the band, they're generic to the core, not only generic cause you can be generic and still good. They're generic and bad. The vocalists clean singing is awful, and instrumentally they're not that great compared to other bands in their genre. Lyrically, they're crap. All in all, a completely awful band. They're nothing special, I don't get why its a major shock anyone would dislike them.
If you don't mind me asking, what are some bands that you enjoy and find to be great?

Like I said above, try reviewing the band after you have listened to the entire album, not just two songs.

I don't know enough about them yet to make a judgement. I have heard Rapture, and that was pretty good. Nothing special, but good.

At the moment, Circle Takes The Square, Sigur Ros, Frank Turner, Elliott Smith, Kayo Dot, Bright Eyes, Million Dead, Decemeberists, and Sonic Youth.

No, i'm not going to waste my discspace on downloading it, or my money on buying it and i've heard falls apart, house of cards, overdose, rapture and one other they have on their purevolume. I still consider them generic, and I don't think you need to listen to a whole album to be able to have an opinion on something. Especially when bands like these typically don't vary much throughout the whole thing.

Yeah
Not everyone likes the same music.
You find hurt to be generic, while I find your music to be boring and dull.

We must have some music in common?

Default Opinions on HURT??

Personally HURT is currently my favorite band...they have a unique sound to them and their live shows are AMAZING!! I believe after they release their second album Vol. II everyone will see how great they really are!!

judging by your pic your into emo...HURT has the screaming but you can actually understand what theyre saying and it actually sounds like singing compared to most emo bands...obviously you have never seen them live because they would blow you away just ask anyone who has
