one friend is being a real pain in the jacksie and instructing me repeatedly to listen to this band, and not only listen to them, but to their entire damn discography. now, i'm not going to get him to stop, so it's either listen to it, or not talk to him anymore.

so maybe some of y'all know a thing or two about this band and can assist me in my moment of crucial decision making.

Their first album is so Katatonia-'influenced' it's laughable. Their second is quite good, but there's still a lot of doom/death that's better. You'd be better off checking out bands like Evoken, if you haven't already.

Find someone who's heard their entire discography and copy his opinion then tell him you listened to it and give him the other person's thoughts.

Wow, listen to him or don't talk to him. Easy one, don't talk to him lol.
