I completly disagree with that nirvana was caught more between grundge and alternative rock. deff not classic rock.

Well in a way your right classic rock is a radio station. but i think it is a genre of music because on that radiostation Plays all the Classics from back when.

the man is a legend and his band was very good however I have to say that the best artist to come out from the seattle scene of the early 90s is Eddie Vedder, or as Mojo magazine described him the reluctant messiah of rock
