Kurt Cobain is the messiah of grunge music. Dave Grohl is his disciple - taking it deep within our souls.

But "grunge" was around before Kurt Cobain had even picked up a guitar dude.

It's time to face facts, Kurt Cobain shot himself, leaving behind a daughter to grow up without a father. Nice one Kurt.

How do you know? You Were never there............so blah..........lol No one will ever know how the story ever went, But it doesn't matter how he died. All that matters now is that he is dead. He was an AWSOME guy, and he was and still is loved for his talent and the way he could just reach out and make it feel like the song he wrote was just 4 you. The world lost a great gift when we lost Kurt, even if we don't know how he was killed. So lets stop arguing about this.
peace out.

As I said, Cobain was the Messiah of Grunge. In otherwords, the saviour who has pushed it forward and made it popular. Dave Grohl is the disciple because he has taken what Kurt did into new realms.

Green River and Soundgarden r the "forefathers" of grunge no doubt about it. As junior saint said kurt cobain pushed grunge forward and made it popular. But i wouldn't say he was the saviour because was never dying in nirvana's infancy.

Default Who killed Kurt Cobain?

This is always an interesting topic dont know if its been done before but I strongly believe that he killed himself. He had tried to with pills about a month before, and he was genuinly depressed. He aimed his musics at the outcasts in society, and in the end the bullies and the so called "cool" kids started listening to it, and he hated that. Sure, Courtney Love has serious problems, but I wouldn't say she murdered Kurt.
