Maybe his opinions have changed in the eight and a half years since he made those comments.

The constant Cobain references by various Hip Hop artists annoys me.

Favorite Nirvana song has to be Paper Cuts, I liked Bleach a lot more than the "grunge" stuff, even though grunge really isn't so much a genre, seeing as though Alice In Chains and Soundgarden were alternative metal bands that somehow get labeled as grunge, and Pearl Jam was just some lame poppy rock stuff.

I like all of their stuff, Nevermind was my least favorite, but every time I listen to it I always think "wow, this is one of the best pop albums of all time". It's so well made, the production, lyricism, everything's there. I like the rawness and aggression of Bleach and other albums though a little bit more. In fact, Bleach is just a hardcore album, there's not really anything "alt rock" about it.

Yeah I've really enjoyed going through her cover songs, with "Closer" being my second favorite.

I wasn't alive when Kurt cobain died but Nirvana still influenced life for me and still does, they expressed feelings through their lyrics that people were too scared to say... i think that shows a lot.

Well about a million other bands do the same thing.
