Not that what I said was incorrect or anything. |

Patrick Wolf plays the harp, clavinet, harpsichord, guitar, piano, autoharp, kantele, organ, mountain dulcimer, clavichord, harmonium, accordion, theremin, ukulele, viola and violin.
Roger Waters plays the bass and guitar. I think everyone who isn't all about sucking prog/classic rocks cock can decide whos more talented for themselves. |

Talent is also about songwriting, lest you forget. So, whats better? Writing for one of the most powerful and progressive bands of all time or a guy who dresses like a homosexual Howdy Doody and writes crappy pop songs that sound like Depeche Mode with Bluegrass instruments. Besides. If being a multi-instrumentalist makes you more talented. You should know that I play bass, keyboard, banjo, guitar (including slide guitar), harmonica and lap harp. And more recently I've been learning to play drums and recorder. Coner Oberst only plays guitar and keyboards. Hmm. Last edited by boo boo; 07-27-2007 at 01:48 AM. |

He plays drums and bass too, and Conor Oberst is a fairly average piano player, below average he can play the few songs hes written (When the Curious Girl etc) but as revealed by the Saddle Creek video not very well (he messes up the intro several times). I don't know why you brought him into this, I don't think much of him as a musician, theres better acoustic guitar players (John Fahey, Phil Ochs, Elliott Smith, Nick Drake) but hes a hell of a songwriter. |
