some people say that Metallica and Trivium tend to have the same sound.
But im going with Metallica with myself. I think that Trivium isnt originaly like Metallica.

Trivium is made up of Metallica worshipers. Trivium is not original at all so therefore Metallica prevails.

Good poll but I refuse to vote based on the bands being in two different generations. You can't really compare the two, but it's hard not to. You could definitely say Trivium is today's Metallica.... and I would probably give the nod to Metallica being the most influential, successful, and long lasting. Technically, Trivium could probably tear them a new a-hole right now though.

yeah. i thought that with two bands that sounded quite alike it'd be a tougher situation. but i find it funny how there are more poll replies than people posting. psh.

Metallica hands down. Trivium are by and large an affront to all things holy in music.
