The Used Vs My Chemical Romance
 

I was wondering who you guys think is the better band. I personally think The used have more talent and are more creative. MCR is just better known because the used are darker and not appealing to the whole population and MCR sings about the war which annoys me because bands don't know jack about what is happening in Iraq.

P.S. don't just tell me they both suck because u hate every new music there is still some talent in the music industry believe it or not

oh yes MCR is terribly uncreative for creating a concept album about a character named The Patient that takes his fondest memory from childhood and envisions it as he is about to die :rolleyes:

The Used is by far better than MCR. MCR became less impressive with "The Black Parade"

*Throws Up* I vote for whichever one isnt MCR. Worst well-known band ever.

Out of all of MCR's previous albums...The Black Parade was their best to me...I guess because I appreciate their effort of creating a rock opera.....it also felt like they were leaning on Queen alot for the sound of that album......

sure the idea was creative but the songs were pretty bad on that album i mean they cant make a great album throughout like the used, listen to the used first album, the taste of ink is a far greater song that any thing MCR has ever created

Wait wait, is this a very sarcastic attack against MCR or a slightly sarcastic praise for MCR?

i agree, but i find that insulting that you would compare MCR to Queen. they were attempting to sound like that but in my view i think they failed horribly. its not that they put out a bad album its the fact that the vocals were horrible misplace than there other albums.

well truth be told. i think MCR sucks, and The Used can pwn them no matter what!
