the same chord progressions have been used in tens of thousands of rock'n'roll songs. chord progressions are not patented. plus, if we're talking progressions of five or so chords, it's perfectly possible for two, three, however many artists, to come up with identical progressions independently of having heard the work of the others.
if i looked hard enough i could find numerous works of classical music written for guitar/piano that have parts based around the same progression in stairway. it's not even a particularly unique, interesting, unusual progression. it's quite musically logical and straightforward. somebody might think to do it in mere improvisational work. |

Megadeth have made some great tracks over the years. PEACE SELLS is still a fine Thrash album.

i really love listening to A Tout Le Monde from the United Abominations album. Its an amazing song and Christina Scabbia is a perfect person to do the song with. I love it so much. I have it on my iPod so i can listen to it alllll the time lol.

a little bit more but yeah. but at least they brought themselves back. i saw them live a few months back and there new material live is absolutely amazing and of course they threw in Symphony of Destruction which is easily one of there greatest hits to this time and so forth and what not.
