Keith Moon was awesome though he was a complete maniac when he sat on that drum stool...adds to the charm tho!!

im sorry but there is no question that John "Bonzo" Bonham is the greatest...the GREATEST of all time. how you ppl can disagree beggars belief.

Danny Carey is my favourite. I don't know what earns a drummer the title of "best" coz there are tonnes of great drummers in history. But if you want my justification for Danny Carey then listen to Tool : Ticks and Leeches.

tommy lee anyone....

mike bordin (faith no more), stephen perkins (janes addiction), and taylor hawkins is the drummer of the foo fighters just in case you hadn't realised....... brooks wackerman (infectious grooves), jack irons (former RHCP), and what about raymond herrera the fastest ****in drummer i have ever heard...
