Really good stuff. This band is essentially Tool frontman, Maynard James Keenan and a large lineup of guest musicians. Set to release the debut album 'V is for Vagina' on 30th October... I'll try to 'aquire' it as soon as i can but untill then, here's some of their current stuff to tempt your sound-buds...

Well the album leaked, there's a lot of mixed reactions from the tool fanboys as expected lol. if anything i would highly recommend listening to Momma Sed, amaaaazing track. :yeah:

I'm listening to it on myspace right now. It's pretty weird, but I'm digging it.

Thoughts on the new one, Conditions of My Parole? Such a massive improvement over the beginnings of Puscifer which made me cast the project aside entirely. A very mature-sounding and solid rock album.

Just got back from seeing them. It was a good show, and I never even liked them very much.

I'm planning on picking up their newest album. Does it sound that much different than "V"?

I love Tool. I can't get into this project. Well it's not bad. Guess maybe I expected more from this project

I hear ya. I'm a big tool fan, but I don't really like maynards side projects. Don't get me wrong, I don't think they're bad, I just don't think they're near as good as tool.

Pucifer is hands down the smartest thing James Keenan could do with himself....besides a "Kurt Cobain"

Yeah, Puscifer is a smart move for Maynard I think. Creatively. I'm glad he's doing something else. It's always good to put down your main project and let it rest. I still expect a new Tool record in a year or two.

I just got this today, and it's been stuck in my head all day. Reminds me of Primus in a way, not necessarily in sound-- but in vide.

Conditions Of My Parole is a fantastic song and album.

I only ever really cared for the Don't Shoot The Messenger EP. Everything else just hasn't done anything for me

Country Boner/World Up My Ass is one of those funny the first time listens, but novelty wears off right after.

I hated V for Vagina, thought it was just dreadful and lame.

V for Vagina was pretty bad. I can't even remember a single track

Nothing maynard has done outside of tool is as good as anything tool has done, in my opinion.
