No, the general opinion of people I know down here in Christchurch is Mothers Milk is the best. Well, that or BSSM.

I've seen em twice and the singer couldn't hold his notes.
Great CD's though, and they still rocked live Anyway, my votes: Power of equality, Soul to squeeze and Higher ground

And Murder Junkie: what RHCP albums have you listened to? I'll give you credit for having heard Mother's Milk as a RHCP hater, considering a lot of fans haven't heard anything pre-BSSM. I'm sure that if you like Mother's Milk, you would like some of the other albums.

I feel Mothers Milks is other peoples best work.
I hear Stadium Arcadium is awful although the reviews in the major mags are pretty good.

I have heard ALL of them, I am 32 years old and I have seen them evolve with each release. I just don't understand the appeal, Mothers Milk is the only one I found remarkable |

I have always been a fan of RHCP's slower stuff. Their thumping stuff, I can take it or leave it. I do like that one song, I think it's called 'Get on Top'.
Is that right?
