They are pretty good. Not a favorite band of mine, but definitely worth listening to.

So post-Californication. That's about what I figured based on your assessment of the band's early career. I don't mean to be a condescending old fart it's just the difference from having been there as it happened versus only being able to look back on it.

Not your fault you're young

No intention of seeing them live unless I go on a masochistic kick. They haven't produced anything cool for a long time now.

That's usually the case for every band. I'm really just going by what I've collectively listened to from decade to decade. Coming out in the 80s they had something going. Like I said they had their phases, and part of their early work was original, but other parts of it didn't concoct a new sound. The argument was towards "uniqueness". Questioning that due to their later career becoming hardly so. That's the major part I was pointing at, and it's a big part of their career.

I really enjoy listening to the Red Hot Chili Peppers. I like their old songs, such as Give It Away,Suck My Kiss, etc. Personally, I don't really like their new songs. I have seen the music video for Brendan's Death Song. Flea is so awesome!

Californication, Stadium Arcadium. Probably Dani California and Sir Psycho Sexy is my favorites.

I agree. I forgot Give It Away. Sometimes I can't understand Anthony, but I have a good time anyway.

Blood Sugar Sex Magik is an amazing album. If you have not listened to the whole album from start to finish; do it! From start to finish, solid, in-your-face album. Great writting, and delivery. Great Band!
