Anthrax fans!
Since Joey or John aren't coming back, who do you want to be next Anthrax vocalist (if they can be bothered to carry on)?
It's a long shot, but I think John Connelly from Nuclear Assault would be a fine replacement. He hits high notes like a bitch.

I still dig Nuclear Assault, but always disliked Connelly's vocals. A very underated band GAME OVER is a brilliant album.

Anthrax
What are your guys thoughts on Anthrax's post-1998 stuff?
e.g We've come for you all, and The Threat is Real I think their earlier stuff was far far FAR more enjoyable, Classics like Caught in a mosh and Antisocial, not forgetting C11 H17 N2 O2 S Na Now, songs like crush have dampened my listening experience! |

I have'nt heard anything at all from Anthrax since the utterly dissapointing State Of Euphoria nearly 20 years ago. I still drag out Among The Living and get all nostalgic!

I had no idea they were even still around, I had assumed they went on to a life of reminiscing about the good ol days and doing VH1 behind the music interviews.
so is their new stuff any good? |

Their latest material (I'm thinking of We've Come for You All here) isn't awful, but it really doesn't stand up to albums like StD or AtL. A lot of people may be right in being cynical about the Belladonna reunion, especially since it's fallen apart, but they were amazing when I saw them live in Oxford in '05.
