Not my kind of music really, but from what I've read Voice Of The Soul seems to know his metal, take some of that advice.

From what I know Voice of the Soul is suggesting a death metal band, whereas the poster appears to like metal/rock/metalcore.

which isn't too similar to death metal.

Speaking of which, has anyone heard the new ETID album or anything from it? Jeff said a month or so ago that it was supposed to be more like Hot Damn!

Well I don't really know my metal, but he seems to be able to produce a list a mile long at the drop of a hat, I figured he'd have a decent idea.

Eh, I'm kinda talking out of my ass anyways I've never actually listened to Death, I don't think.

The only band you listed that I like is Protest the Hero. I don't even know how it got on there.

^I believe Protest played at Warped either this year or last, if that helps you in deciding why they were on that list.

also escape the fate sounds good too

The Used...... you would like them for the most part.

none of those are metalcore :-\ most of them are nu-metal I'm pretty sure.

you'd probably like the used and escape the fate, although I do not.
