I had older siblings and listened to many of their albums. I can't remember the first but I always listened to Aerosmith, Elton John, CCR, Eagles, etc.. My first actual purchase for myself was a Foreigner album. I also got all the 45 rpm hand-me-downs from my the local skating rink, I kind of grew up on 60's and early 70's top 40 as well as the B Sides.

B-Sides...now that's another subject...(I always liked the Beatles B-Sides)

First rock cassette tape I ever listened too was Aerosmith Toys in the Attic. I was 7 and never looked back lol. Can't remember my first album I bought, I was always burning my friends cd's, Didn't start buying heavily till a few yrs ago, started getting old blues albums and up an coming rock artists.

My first album was Mr. Bungle's s/t, when I was 13. Before then, I really didn't have any interest in music... oddly enough, it's still one of my favorite albums.
