I don't have the reissue. Bought Christ Illusion when it first came out. That awesome Slayer sound is back! Well done album, and I hope for many more!!!!

Agreed. Not only is it not a particularly good record, it also shows absolutely NO development of Slayer as a band whatsoever. Same old sound, dated, boring. Not that the Grammy awards mean **** anyway, but that it won in the Best Metal Album of 2006 category over Blood Mountain was pathetic, and indeed rather suspicious. Hell, 10,000 Days was better than Christ Illusion.
