Default I Need Some Funeral Doom Metal

Recommend some bands and if possible some links to some albums. I have a couple FDM albums, but not enough.

Winter arn't Funeral Doom. They are Death/Doom Metal, but either way they are heavy as heck. I have their album Into Darkness and it is amazing. As far as the others go, I have heard them all, but can't find an album anywhere. I am going to try Soulseek after my Callisto dl is done.

Look for Antithesis Of Light by Evoken, Tragedies By Funeral and Six Waves Of Woe by Forest Of Shadows. Trust me haha

Ablaze in Hatred. Both albums. Not really FDM, but still very good

This forum only allows you to post URL's with 15 posts or more, so I'll point you in the direction I was going to, without the URL's- mercenario's blog, doomed to be stoned in a sludge swamp, Dunkelheit (mostly black metal, but some unbelievable kvlt funeral doom) and my blog, coreopsismusic, are good doom/psych/funeral doom resources.

Also, a list of bands:

Skepticism
Laudanum
Graves at Sea
Asunder
Ocean
Urna
Senthil
Bunkur
Moss
Mournful Congregation
The Australasian Goat
Evoken
Deionychus
Umbra Nihil
Wormphlegm
Ancestortooth
Wormwood
Amaranthine Trampler
Corrupted (not, strictly speaking funeral, but really, really slow and heavy)
Esoteric

The ones I'd have recommended are all taken, except that no one mentioned
Khanate. I'll second the other recommendations about Evoken, Thergothon, and Ahab. Also try Reclusiam. They have one album which they provide free for download at reclusiam.com
