gonna have to say thumbs down. song about jane satisfied me at the time... but i began to question it later on. this new album kinda unfortunately kinda stappled my opinion.

I loved Maroon 5 right up until they released this second album. I dunno, they were always pop, but they're just too commercial for me now. They've lost all that sizzle that was on Songs About Jane.

Oh come on, don't tell me Kiwi, Makes Me Wonder, Wake Up Call, and Figure It Out don't have sizzle.

I love love love the new CD. But I think he takes waaaaaay too many liberties with his/their music live. When I'm in a crowd I like to sing along and it's hard when he like.....changes the tune. I mean, I'm sure technically they are better live but half the songs I could hardly recognize.

Adam Levine needs to stick to what he does best...Anyone gotta' guess as to what that is?

Lahayna remind me a bit of them, a bit rockier and more of a Mowtown edge though. Worth checking them out if you get a chance

I have both albums, and "Songs About Jane" is a lot more interesting than "IWBSBL," I think they both have some pretty catchy pop songs.

I've liked Maroon 5 since I heard Harder to Breathe a long time ago, its already been several months and I still don't hate them.

Yea i completely agree. They used to be great, and continued to be so. People just think differently when they hit mainstream pop. (which is ridiculous btw)

I actually forgot about Maroon 5 for at least a year. Makes Me Wonder wasn't spectacular for a comeback effort but Wake Up Call is pretty good. Shame they didn't choose that as the first single.
