His voice I meant. Sounds like that Disney character. What's their best album? Doppleganger sounds like their hardest.

Well, i'd suggest you listen to Doppelganger first...but s/t is their "hardest".

Gotcha. Haven't heard much of them, so it's hard to tell.

yea, they've progressively added more influence into their music..Manipulator especially..so its gotten a little softer and softer each time.

Kind of like Dream Theater, just more accesible.

Yah, hard to see you sitting through their best song(Octravarium). Not to insult you, you just seem like the hyperactive type. They are a big influence on them though, you must admit.

Who do you think Dream Theater are an influence on?
And naw, I used to listen to all them epic prog metal tracks.. I used to listen to a lot of Symphony X and one of my favourite tracks was the 24 minute The Odyssey.

Fall of Troy. They have a prog-metalish sound. Which means DT was an influence on them pretty much. DT are the fathers of prog-metal.

Fuck that garbage. They have absolutely no Prog Metal sound IMO. Definitely a prog sound and they name Rush as a huge influence on their music which clearly comes out in their music. Dream Theater..hells no.
