Nope they aren't. They said on their website (I can't find the whole thing now) they weren't breaking up and don't plan to. Heres the one I found..there was another one I can't locate.

You kids were awesome and should've been given the insane show you deserved. And hopefully next time, we'll do so.

Oh well I heard they were just ending it. Indefinte hiatus is pretty much the same thing.

Rumors, Thom got pist at a show and said this was the last song the fall of troy was gonna play. Then it spread around everywhere.

Yeah, since then they have put up numerous bullitens about how they are not breaking up, he was just angry, etc.

I'd like to say the Fall Of Troy are one of my favorite live bands ever.
And thom knows my name.

Thanks to everyone that came out to the show in Bellingham. It was a really REALLY awesome show! We have nearly completed the songs for the new full length "Manipulator" that we start recording right after our show on December 15th in Edmonton... we have been working furiously to take our band to the next level. I personally have been working really hard on improving on singing live due to watching old videos and realizing I needed some work haha. I'm proud to say that I think I have gotten much better in the last couple months with the help of a few people. We will be working hard till tour to make our live show the best possible thing we can do. So thanks alot for the support and we hope to see you on tour in Jan/Feb.

They got Matt Bayles recording the album. Should be great. Heard a few of the songs from it and they sounded good even though it was a ****ty recording.
