Default Goth Metal

I'm looking for more Goth Metal. So far, I haven't found any that I don't like, so I am looking for more. Are there any fans of the genre that could recommend something for me to look for?

Not goth the homo look, the sound is what I am looking for.

Maybe I should change "goth" to "gothic". To me the two are the same, but I know that some see them as being different.

I am looking for Gothic Metal.

I don't think goth or gothic makes a difference, I was just being a prick. The only goth metal bands I know* of are Theatre of Tragedy, Type O Negative, Without Face, Moonspell, and Lacrimosa.

Aww shucks.

Also if you search for bands on lastfm (example: Theatre of Tragedy – Music at Last.fm) theres a similar artists thing, so if you find a goth metal band you can look them up on there and find artists similar to them.

Paradise Lost is a great gothic band. Therion is symphonic metal with a lot of gothic influence. Same with Nightwish.

Penumbra
Crimson Tears
Lacrimosa

Early MJ albums have Gothic Metal influences, though it's all pre The Jackson 5 and they're fairly rare and hard to find.
