What would be the better choice?
 

Dream Theater, Rush, and Satriani, or Zeppelin, Floyd, Rush, Hendrix, Cream, etc? I am thinking about buying one or the other.

What do you mean, buying all the copywrites to their music/sales? I would take Led Zeppelin or Pink Floyd, or both, if you have that kind of money. Even all of them wouldn't be a bad idea.

No like albums.

I would say Hendrix, but I think you subconsciously prefer Rush because you put them twice in your list.

I think you'd get the most out of Floyd and Hendrix. Unless you're a really proggy person, then you'd want to flag Hendy and get yourself some Rush.

Hell just buy stuff from all 3.
