Going on the era when these bands were formed, I'd say.
60's Genesis The Who Pink Floyd The Kinks The Doors 70's The Clash Dead Kennedy's The Cure The Replacements Talking Heads 80's Cap'n Jazz Afghan Whigs REM Pixies Alice in Chains 90's Neutral Milk Hotel The Dismemberment Plan Anathema Jimmy Eat World Mew 2000's Brand New Pianos Beome The Teeth This Town Needs Guns The Gaslight Anthem Foals 2010's BadBadNotGood Iceage The Tower and The Fool Dowsing Purity Ring Clutching at straws for bands from the last 3 years and probably missed a lot. But what can one do? |
