Why metal will never again be the dominant genre (bass, quote)

I think that the simple solution is to get better bands that can once again unify the genre-I think that LEd Zeppelin is a great example of this, but the problem with that is that everyone took one part of their eclecticism and left the rest. Some bands to Dazed and Confused and made stoner metal, some took the rain song and made it a part of pop. Somebody must once again reunite the light and shade.

Agreed basically every band today stole something from Zeppelin.
