You're crazy. I'm sure it was a landmark for its time, but it really hasn't aged particularly well. I think it was basically a transitional album and they were trying to figure out how to write songs for an entirely different type of vocalist, with mixed results. I mean, "22 Acacia Avenue" is fun the first few times you hear it, but after that it just gets more and more dull, "The Prisoner" is just kinda meh, and "Children of the Damned" is just kinda terrible.
