It's a cover medley of:
Paranoid (Black Sabbath), Fire (Jimmy Hendrix), Speed King (Deep Purple), Fits like a glove (Kiss), War Ensemble (Slayer), Damage, Inc. (Metallica), Birth of Tension (Overkill), Desperate Cry (Sepultura), Holy Wars (Megadeth), Cowboys From Hell (Pantera).



Then there's Mattias IA Eklundh for good, fun measure.

This still stands as one of the best covers ever especially as the original is quite obscure:

If only Metallica retained this raw approach to all of their music
