Most Technical Music Youve Ever Listen To
I guess its kinda of hard to measure technicality when you have so many bands up there , well for me it would be
Necrophagist- Onest of Putrefecation Athiest- All 3 Albums Cynic-Focus Cryptopsy-None So Vile all of these blew my mind im really only into metal, but im pretty sure there are albums from other genres that are just as insane and technical |
I'd have to say Necrophagist. Every thing about them screams technical.
Just listen to the bass intro to Only Ash Remains - or any of the guitarwork or drumwork. |
Cynic - Focus
Athiest - Piece Of Time or Unquestionable Prescence The Dillinger Escape Plan - everything ever |
Necrophagist!
|
DEP is up there, can't really thank of any others that i've listened to.
|
you all need to listen to Orthrelm and Behold... The Arctopus.
|
i hate to sound like a broken record, but ED ****ING GEIN! crazy tech metal. listen to "killing a co-worker", "bastard", or "nice shoes... wanna ****". all awesome songs.

I'm gonna have to say yes in terms of technicality, and no in terms of me enjoying them. With the exception of Alcoholocaust, this band defines wankery. And 99% of it is not good. Alarum is also very very good. I can hook it up in need be |
I don't play guitar, and have a hard time identifying what's technical and what isn't, so sue me. That said, a few bands that sound technical to my virgin ears are Into the Moat (though repetitive at times), and The Number 12. Oh, and PsyOpus, though they are quite repetitive, also.
