I love them, wondered if there are any other fans of them on this site.
And fan or not, if you've heard them, I seriously need help classifying them, I've never been good at that.

Any help would be much appreciated and any fans to discuss things with would be fun.

I know as a fact Mushroomhead is not nu-metal, a term coined for rap metal, wheras Mushroomhead is a dual vocal band, mostly comprised of Jeffry 'Nothing' singing, and J-Mann, who has lef tthe bands scream-sometimes rap. It's an infusion of many things, including Nu-metal, but I'm quite sure I could have classified it as such, should it have been quite so simple.

I read the Wiki article dubbing them Alt Metal. Which is I guess decent... But Idunno, they have Industrial influences, with hip-hop thrown in, some heavily melodic songs, it's just strange. ^_^

So... screaming/singing/rapping vocals... pseudo-industrial instrumentation... occasionally watered-down melodic songs... yup, sounds like nu-metal to me.

Twisting my words does not do judgement unto the band.
I was more hoping for people to actualy listen before passing judgement.
