Billy Idol rates pretty highly with me as far as rock n roll vocalists go. He has a fantastic voice that sounds equally well crooning to slow songs as it does rocking out. Live, he sounds as good if not better than he does in the studio and he puts out an amazing amount of energy.

Default Chili Peppers who's the best

I love the Chili's and Anthony but I am going to have to say John Frusciante is the truley great singer in that band. Listen to not only his backing vocals but some of his solo albums. His voice gives me chills
