This band definitely needs to get out to listeners more. Sleep and Om are incredible. Considering all the noise Om can make with just 2 members.

I dont know if anyone in this thread is really active anymore but if you want some albums or recommendations of stuff like this I have LOADS.

Brilliant topic. I've been listening to them for a couple of years and have yet to digest there discography, but I'm more surprised at the fact that I've not listened to any Sleep at all.

ahh you should. I think sleep is even better than Om. Dopesmoker is something to be desired.

"Thebes" and "Cremation Ghat II" sound incredible. I'll almost definitely be seeing them in Toronto next month.
You lucky mother ****ing ****er. I hear there live shows are unstoppable. I have only watched there live in Jerusalem DVD, which I dont even think was legally recorded.

I had a feeling you would like them. My guess is your a big Kyuss, Orange Goblin, Sleep, Spirit Caravan etc fan. That whole genre to be less specific.

Can I ask where you saw that dude? I've only seen the short clip of Flight of the Eagle live in Jerusalem on youtube. I would LOVE to see the full show if a recording exists! Even though it was a 5 hour set I believe! Om are amazing, spread the word.
