id have to day korn on this one...i really dont care for either of them but....i would prefer korn b/c theres something about system of a downs singer that's really different....and kinda sucks

KoRn ARE F R I C K I N G GODS!!!!!!!
I've always liked Korn since I first heard them.
S.O.A.D are O.K but man come on it's KoRn that started all the weird detuned metal stuff.
KoRn get a lot of slack, but I think most of those people want to be like all the other losers that hate bands just coz there not a usual group.
I may be a extreme metalhead but I'm not gonna dis a good band nor the style of my musical roots.

I don't listen to either very much...I only listen to Soad when I absolutely have to (one of my friends listening to them) But Korn I listen to every once in awhile when I need something alittle different from my usual bands.

But I'm going to have to say Korn...for the simple fact that he writes entirely about situations that have happened to him and he feels his lyrics when he sings...They have a true, true meaning.

Instrumentally...Korn...it's alot more interesting to get into, although soad does have their own distinct sound, and Korn just sounds alot like In Flames...I love In Flames...

So in conclusion, Korn wins in my opinion.

Korn Is too much "angry white male" music. SOAD's lyrics are thought provoking and are more about the world around us than about why the lead singer's pissed off on a given day. Musically SOAD's is more complex and original than Korn and tends to show more of the musical diversity of all its members.

1 I like their music more.
2 Their lead singer is scottish, I'm part scottish myself.
