Really .... for christ sake...well ill put that behind me...and now i just dont want to meet him...i still like his music a lot
|
Oh god, tell me he's not a Dream Theater fan Urban.
He would probably argue with Don though... He cited Yes as one of Muse's major influences. ;) |
I don`t know what his influences are , he spent all his time talking about how great he was
|
Because he is :o:
:D |
I have to give him credit for one thing. I always assumed he was in some crappy local band (to be fair they were then) and that most of the crap he came out with was just that.
So you can imagine my surprise the day I was at work and they played Muscle Museum on the radio for the first time. When I saw him a couple of days later I basically held my hands up & said OK OK I accept you wern`t talking sh*t , but you still suck though :D He was kinda fun in a 'look at me i`m an attention whore' kind of way last time I saw him was just before he did an American tour for the Origin Of Symmetry album , I guess he was too famous for us by then.Did send me a nice video that a female Dutch fan sent him though. :D |
Man o man....that must have been weird hearing that on the radio
|
I know , I guess it would be like finding out Don`s novel is top of the New York Times bestsellers list.
|
I wouldnt be able to live with myself
|
Quote:
Bellamy and the rest of the band are pretty open about their influences in interviews, among the bands they have listed as influences include Yes, Nirvana, Jeff Buckley, Queen, The Verve, Elton John, Radiohead, The Who, Pearl Jam, Jimi Hendrix, Rage Against The Machine, Pink Floyd, Tom Waits, Pavement, dEUS, Smashing Pumpkins and Primus... Since you dispise most of these bands it's not hard to understand why you don't care for them. |
Buckley
Oh GOD he never used to shut up about that bastard |
