Present is less controversial and I like it alot...90's is okay too.

I chose the 60's for artists like Dylan, The Beatles, The Stones and also the Motown artists like Stevie Wonder and Marvin ***e, music was awesome back then. I really think that the vast majority of music we hear these days is very poor.

90's ..... why..... A lot of great original acts sprang up, and brought it back in the public eye. Nirvana, Korn, Tool, Rage, the list is limitless.(these are just the one's that come to mind at present)

I am gonna have to say the 80's because there was a lot of great thrash songs out in the 80's and thats my favorite genre.

80's, early 90's, when death metal was on the rise..... I think. I'm not too enlightened or whatever about what music was the most popular or changed the most during which decade. I only got into music in the end of 8th grade... so roughly, the year 2001 or 02.

Hardcore Punk

Also, UK Indie was actually listenable back then, My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive, The Smiths, The Stone Roses etc.

I voted the 90´s.......just cos that was when I was at school. And I loved Oasis and Brit-pop. I also loved the kind of pop-punk stuff that was going on in the 90´s Blink, Green Day and NFG. Although all three carried on past 2000 of course. But yeah, the 90´s just over the present day.
