Well see...OK Computer is my favourite album from Radiohead...and i think both Absolution and Origin or Symentry are at least as good or better ....but i dont think i could claim Muse as a "better" band

Well, my favorite Muse album is Origin Of Symmetry.... And the only Radiohead album i don't like more than Origin is Pablo Honey.

But thats just because i'm a Headhead... And i prefer a few other britpop bands to Muse... Like Super Furry Animals, Primal Scream, Manic Street Preachers, Blur, Oasis, Pulp and Stereolab.

Hell, do Gorillaz qualify as britpop?... I find myself enjoying their s/t debut more than i do Origin.

Yeah...it's angers me sometimes...I mean The Backstreet Boys also...it's awful...but we very rarely get tortured with that unless I've done something really bad :P

Like when I got fired...It was Backstreet Boys, Westlife and Good Charlotte for a month...

Well, i will agree that Muse are much better live... Though i think Radiohead own them in the studio.

Radiohead make strange use of overdubs and splices and techniques in which instruments are digitally distorted to create a surreal sound... Like Pink Floyd used to do, and that makes it very dificult for the songs to be recreated live.

I'm a fan of some prog, but not all.I wouldn't necessarily consider everyone else that likes the style a jacka$s though...
...especially when put next to emo fans...lol!!! The world is filled with jacka$ses that create and listen to every different type of music, so I wouldn't consider every person listening to a certain style dumb or an a$shole either.On the other hand, I would like to call you a dumb jacka$s if you were to think that emo (dare I use the word) musicians were more musically talented than prog musicians.I simply don't consider people screaming and/or whining out their depressing lyrics musicians, let alone talented(?)!!!

Prog > Emo.
Emo = Lonely, whiny pop-punks.

You obviously don't even know what emo is.
How can emo be pop punk? Pop punk is pop punk, emo is emo.

I guess some people just don't have common sense.

Hey kiddo take another look!!!I said lonely, whiny pop-punks, not just the basic, everyday MTV pop-punk crap!!!Now, if you want the regular old MTV style (preschool) pop-punk go listen to your Blink 182, Good Charlotte and Sum 41 albums.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention this, but dare I say pop-punk is greater than emo.Man, it took a style as terrible as emo to make me say that pop-punk was actually better...
...now that's sayin' somethin'.

Now where's your common sense, youngster?
