This is pretty much true. Disco, and to a greater extent Hi-NRG, are the forefathers of a plethora of modern Electric genres and scenes. In fact, there's even an "Indie Disco" scene if you can believe it, and it's actually not terrible.

I hope you're trying to get a rise out of me instead of being serious. They sound nothing alike. At all. Just because Belew has a unique display of vocals doesn't mean the band's them self sound alike.

But yeah come to think of it No More Tears sounds EXACTLY like Black Sabbath Vol. 4.

No. It didn't. Two separate genres. House sounds nothing like 70s disco anyways. You should research things or experience them before you attempt to sound like you know what you're talking about, kiddo.

No, you are the delusional one for misconstruing your narrow minded opinions as facts.

For millions of Heart fans their 80s stuff is their favorite period.

You need to take those blinders off dude. As Frown said you're cherry picking your examples.

Or you are simply trolling just to rile things up.

You're right. I need to stop forming my own thoughts on something and base my emotions and feelings by what other people think. I shouldn't think for myself. Silly me.

That's not what you're doing. What you're doing is deliberately ignoring 99% of the music made in a decade to help prove your point. Unfortunately for you this is no ordinary music forum and you're currently in an argument with people who are perfectly aware of that 99% and can easily see how inane and uneducated your posts are.
