And yuo saying that pop punk is better than emo is an opinion you have and is bond to anger a ton of people here. not that I'm angry about it, I was already angry. But still . .
my time is wasted on a piss brain like you . . .
First of all I didn't say that Blink 182 was terrible, I just put them as an everyday example of pop-punk on MTV, ya see?I highly prefer them and Sum 41 to Good Charlotte and most other pop-punk crap, but they were simply a good example of what anyone (including the ignorant jacka$s I previously spoke to) would know as pop-punk.

Now that I see you saying "not that I'm angry about it", I realize how stupid, foolish and ignorant you too are in this thread. You then complain to me that your time is wasted, how you already were angry and then try to threaten me with kindergarten words and how others will be angry with me...lol!!!You and the previous pop-punk or emo fan I was speaking to are both tightwads with no appreciation or open mind for another person's opinion.Listen to your pop-punk or emo and be happy living as a lowlife, lonely, ignorant child surfing the net for a friend.

I own you both, period!!!

Grunge goes way back to the 80s however.

There are so many things I have to say about this post, you cretin.

1) the kid you were just talking to, that was bungalowbill357. And I refuse to be put in the same category as him filed in your book as ignorant.
2) The only ignorant narrow minded b*tch in this thread is you.
3) I never once threatened you.
4) I am not a tightwad. I actually like to listen to other people's opinions except when they don't back it up. People like you bascially.
5) you are a jackass. You are a childish, lonely, ignorant lowlife, surfing the net attempting to find a friend because the people on your side of the computer screen already cast you out of the human race. Stupid neanderthal.
6)You don't own me. I belong to myself.

Now that I've finished putting you in your place,
you really shouldn't watch so much mtv cause it'll rot whatever brain you have. Although judging by your previous post(s) it is apparent that you have no brain.
Blink 182 isn't pop punk. Good charlotte used to be a great band and now they belong to the genre labelled "garbage." Sum 41 is punk. Not punk pop.
And I feel I must point this out to you. You said you prefer bands like Blink, Sum, and Good Charlotte and you put them all under the category of pop punk and then you called pop punk crap. Yeah . . . not so smart after all.
And I don't have a problem with you thinking pop punk is better than emo. but the fact is, if you're listening to bands like Blink, Sum and GC, your taste in music is obviously limited because I can think of so many emo bands that are better than the three we were just previously talking about.
Bands like: Jimmy Eat World, Circle takes the Square, Heroin, Saetia, Hot Cross, Funeral Diner, Sunny Day real Estate, Fugazi, and many more.

My advice to you, is that you stop watching MTV and buy some weed (because you obviously need something thinking the way you do).

oh and PS:
I just owned you, bitch

Blink 182 >>> all those 90s 'punk' bands. Well *hates to admit it* Green Day could possibly beat them and offspring. This is just going by obviousness, i'd hardly consider Simple Plan on the same level as blink. Blink had travis who is one of the best drummers in that genre & he was probaly one of the few talented musicians out of the whole thing. Their lyrics were funny and they were entertaining. Simple Plan was just blegh.

I can't believe you'd even compare Blink and Good Charlotte, thats like saying Green Day is just as good as Simple Plan.

Also, despite my loathing of Blink 182, I think Adam's Song is a genuinely good song. So Blink 182 > Simple Plan.
