I had to dig deep to find this thread, to get Great White discussed again.
A quality band, especially 1987-1989. That lineup had skillz and the songs. "Save Your Love" and "Mista Bone" were other great songs. I'd list several of their songs as having some of the best, um, interludes in rock history. I'm actually not fond of "Once Bitten, Twice Shy" and think it kind of overshadows the band's original material. It seems like radio and music television wouldn't play more than a few Great White songs after 1990. Edit: just noticed that Tony Montana only joined after the recording of Once Bitten. They were OK in their day. My wife's favorite song is Save All Your Love. I got burnt out on them real quick, there music is just to repetitious for my liking. They never really had that many good songs anyway. Just another "fly by night" band.
