people entitled to their opinion, sure, but we don't need some of their opinions, especially when it adds nothing at all to the discussion, or if its obvious that they said it to be a little ****.

bob marley is amazing, as is alice in chains. really talented, and one of my favourite bands from the early 90s for sure. its sad that so many people draw comparisons between them and godsmack though, or is that just the people i know, because it makes me sick.

I've always had a positive impression of AIC. =(

Re listen to 'Angry Chair' and 'Down in A Hole' off that album and get back with me.
Also check out Heaven Beside You, Get Born Again, No Excuses, and Brother.

Personally, I liked their Unplugged album better than their Seattle counterparts.

edit: rooster is a good song too adidasss
no, but for me, nirvana's nevermind, stone temple pilots' core and pearl jam's ten are still incredible albums so i think i can still apreciate grunge today, i just didn't find alice in chains' music appealing....except for would which is a bombass song.....

Default Alice n Chains

I am a huge fan of alice n chains they are one of my favorite bands

I have always thought that they had such a great sound.. vocally amazing

to me. and their sound is very original .

I like bands that have their own sound .bands that no one else sounds like

Bands like:
tool
soundgarden
system of a down
red hot chili peppers
ect.

Well, where do you think Godsmack got their name? But that is said, Alice In Chains is much better than Godsmack. (IMO)
