I have been an Alice In Chains fan since they came out! I cried the day Layne died! He was awesome! Wish he had realized how awesome he was, he may still be here if he did!

I like all of your choices. One of my favorites is Again, pretty up-tempo for AIC, kind of a punk-rock song. I'm sure you've heard it
My other favorites:
Heaven Beside You-the song that got me into AIC
Would?
Got Me Wrong
Down in a Hole (one of the best songs when you're feeling down, I usually don't listen to these kind of lyrics, but man, it's such a good song.)
Over time, this seems to be my favorite early 90's Seattle grunge band along with Pearl Jam>Soundgarden>Nirvana. I.E. they're all great::

I wanted to tear my teeth out. I didn't know what I wanted to do. And I want to remember it. I never want to forget it. I never want to forget. And then I realized... like I was shot... like I was shot with a diamond... a diamond bullet right through my forehead. And I thought: My God... the genius of that.

Got me wrong and brother were the only ones that made the top 40 cut. To make the top 40 list it needs to be a classic song that you can play over and over without getting bored of it. The album just didn't have that element as much as I would have liked.

So out of their albums (yes, I own them all)
Facelift - 12 songs
Sap - 4 song (plus a secret song)
Dirt - 12 songs
Jar of Flies - 7 songs
Alice In Chains - 12 songs
Live - 2 new songs
Nothing Safe - 2 new songs
The Essential - 1 new song

52 songs and you go for a top 40? Why not all of them?
