LOL! They are pretty decent band...musically...but Ville Valo is an arrogant tosser who brings the band down...He's not even that good looking!

They wouldn't be much without Ville, its the same thing with guns and roses and the doors and so on.

I've liked them since I first heard "Join Me In Death" Their songs are original and catchy and I like HIM. Though its hard to wear my HIM "Dark Light" shirt without being critisized because of the preteens that wear it and OBSESS over Ville Valo.

Eh, they're okay. I do like "Wings Of A Butterfly" though. Contrary to someone else in the thread, that guitar intro is one of my favorites.

Ville Valo has an interesting voice in my perspective when I listen to him.
He's kind of an influence to me sometimes.

I really don't like them, my friend does though =/, and he obsesses about them. *sigh*

The only song I like by them is Join me in Death and that's it.

Half the time they make me wanna scream. And their live performances suck as well.

I Love him my fav song is, Gone With Sin. And when it comes to not liking them because someone wore there clothing, That really dosen't make much since. It shoudn't make a difference. You either like them or you dont.

They used to be ok with their first album, but they kept recording...

I think they're great. The way they use heavy music and riffs but Valo doesn't scream. They sound great live, Ville did a 'secret' gig once. It was just him and an acoustic singing 'Join Me' and 'Endless Dark'. It was nice that Valo bothered to actually talk to everyone in there and shake their hands (their was about thirty people)

Still like them. I started to get bored with them for a few months but I havent heard a single song in a while so I'm picking up on them again.

my sister and girlfriend adore them. i like a few songs but i wouldn't listen to them on a regular basis

HIM is a very unique band, therefore, it makes me really like them. They're doing something different, being in the whole "love metal" scene. But yes, I do agree, Ville is hott! And my favorite song would have to be "Join Me"
