TheBig3 06-05-2005 08:45 AM

Eh, they had some pretty good tracks, but some of the stuff was 90% technical and 10% listenable.

Frizzle Fry is is considered their "classic", as it should be.

the only other entire album i really like is Sailing the Seas of Cheese. all the rest are just bits and pieces.

Soundgardener 06-05-2005 01:06 PM

Sailing the Seas of Cheese and Antipop are awesome cds

burden123 06-05-2005 02:20 PM

they sang the song for south park

TheBig3 06-05-2005 05:36 PM

SG's right, anti-pop was pretty awesome. I think it marks the first time Fred Durst had his hands on something and didn't **** it up (laquerhead) plu there are guest spots from James Hetfeild, Tom Morello, Tom Waits, and i want to say that someone from Floyd shows up but im not sure.

riseagainstrocks 06-05-2005 05:41 PM

They have some good songs but i never really got into the whole "lets make our careers one big joke" style of music

ArtistInTheAmbulance 06-06-2005 10:20 AM

I never really got into them at all... But mebbe Im listening to the wrong stuff, Ill look into them more..

I've heard Very little Primus, but I've heard much of Les Claypool The Greatest Bassist Ever.

PopIsDead 06-08-2005 09:02 PM

Primus is an awesome band. I think they have the best bassist ever.
