I absolutely love Primus, Les Claypool is the best bassist ever & he can wail on a banjo too, The Air is Getting Slippery is one of my favorite songs by them.... PORK SODA!!!!
I wanna see Les & MJK do something together, that would be an epic wet dream for me.

Ja it wasn't as good as I expected it to be. I still enjoyed the album quite a bit bit, but I think Green Naugahyde was much better.

Saw Primus several times in the early 90's. Amazing band. Favorite album is Suck on this followed by frizzle fry and sailing the seas. Biggest, craziest mosh pit I have ever been in was at Primus.

I like the first album, the rest doesn't interest me too much. I remember when I put on Primus to show a friend how weird it was. Thing is, we didn't turn it off for a while, eventually he got annoyed and said it was awful xD. Les Claypool doing the vocals is both the best and worst decision for a band at the same time.

I always loved 'Mr. Krinkle'. Very Residents-y, but Primus have always worn their Residents influence proudly. They do a great cover of 'Sinister Exaggerator'.
Also found this in the discount bins recently and it is VERY good. Les's take on Roots music. ![]()

![]() I have been getting digging through some Prog-Rock albums and found "Pork Soda" by Primus. Anyone else like the band? They are pretty goofy but still a good band. If you never heard Primus, (but most of you have,) here are some great songs done by Primus! "Tommy The Cat" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GB9dIieS7KQ "My Name Is Mud" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=953PkxFNiko "Jerry Was A Racecar Driver" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LBQ2305fLeA "The Devil Went Down To Georgia" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X9uk9IcoQ0w "John The Fisherman" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkFMJ4-ai1I |
