Used to have a picture with me and Les... may have gotten accidently deleted at some point. But I have the one I took of him when I was in line to meet him.

Attaboy Les!

Anyone had Les' wine yet? I'm not much of a wine drinker, anyway, but I think it's pleasant for a glass or two... Had some Purple Pachyderm Russian River 2008 or 09 recently and it was actually a great way to spend $15 to my surprise.

I want to try Maynard's wine, yeah, but you wouldn't pass up an opportunity to try Les' wine would ya? When opportunity strikes, drink the dang wine...

Jay Lane was a great addition to the band. Shame about Tim, though

I do not mind the new album. By no means is it going to win album of the year, but it is better than I antcipated.

Nothing on it really blew my mind, I can't really think of anything that really stood out... but I remember being able to listen to it from start to finish.

Listening to Green Naughyde, and enjoying it but realizing... sounds EXACTLY like a Claypool solo album... which in turn barely sounds different than Primus.

Brilliant as ever, but the same old same old. I really wish Claypool would do something to differentiate a release like this. Perhaps, return to some of the really brilliant live-written extended jams in Frizzle Fry(Something the band hasn't done once since) rather than the studio focused writing.

This whole "Funk version of the Residents" thing is getting really tiring.
